We will exchange the returned product with the same model in a different size or colour free of charge. Please use this return slip for the new order and enter the desired colour and size in the “Reason for return” section.
We will automatically send the selected item for exchange to the delivery address of the previous order. Please note that you will automatically receive a regular credit note if the selected item is not currently in stock. If you receive credit due to your desired item not currently being available, then we ask that you place a new order.
If you do not simply wish to change the colour or size, but want a completely different item, then please place a new order.
